Is there antivirus built into MacBook Pro 2017?
And if not what is the most recommended antivirus?

You do not need an anti virus aid. The machine will protect itself providing you browse wisely. Even if you don't, the worst you will get would be Malware and Adware, both of which are usually quite easily dealt with.
It can be a good idea to download, read and apply this app from time to time or if your machine suddenly develops unusual reactions.
If the resulting report has points you don't understand, copy and paste it into a new thread and we will check it out. It is perfectly safe to do this; the creater of the app is a highly respected member of the Apple communities. Thank you for the solved star.
