i cant see all the emojis that my friends send

Most of the emojis just appear as question marks. Anybody got a clue?

This probably means you are on an older version of iOS. What version of iOS are you using? To find the version of iOS you are using follow the steps here: Find the software version on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod - Apple Support.
