Iphone 6s IOS 10.3.2 128gb

Today my phone went from 100% working to having no sound from the speaker and lost my latest backup. Headphones work, bluetooth works, just no speaker. I did the steps found here in Apple and no change..took to T-Mobile..they say phone isn't working and since they didn't have the 128gb in stock to go to the Apple Store (will do tomorrow). Has anyone had luck besides the items found from a Google search? Thank you!
