I installed ios11 public beta and tried restoring back to 10.2 and 10.3.3 beta as well.
Both gave error code 17 in itunes, right now my iphone got stuck in restore screen. Please help.

it depends if you are on windows or mac? which are you on?
restart your router for 30 seconds first
Make sure you have iTunes 12.6+
if windows :
- turn off firewall or allow iTunes to bypass it
- run iTunes as administrator (right click on app and click 3rd option)
then restore your backup
