Somehow you're trying to install Sierra on the OS X Base System partition, that mounts as part of the installation process...
Are you sure you didn't choose Reinstall macOS?
Disk Utility > Restore wouldn't likely produce that screen. That function is for restoring from a previous image you had made.
When you get to the Utilities screen, you would click on Reinstall macOS, then choose your Macintosh HD as the destination.
What did you do that you think it needs to be factory reset?
There is almost never a reason to do that on a Mac.
Reinstalling without first erasing the hard drive will not "factory reset" a Mac. Anything you installed will remain. macOS is nothing like Windows in this regard. You can reinstall the OS without destroying anything you have put on the Mac.
Ok how can i solve this isuue ?
What issue are you trying to solve? What is wrong with your brand new Mac that makes you think you need to "factory reset" it.

Could you explain how you are trying to restore you brand new MacBook Pro and why.
Your screenshot shows that it does not see you startup volume (Macintosh HD). OS X Base System is the installer disk, so you wouldn't be able to install there.
If there was something actually wrong with the Mac that you had to restore, then you should just take it right back and have it replaced. If purchased from an Apple Store, you have 14 days to return it no question asked. That may be different outside of US.
