Help - Lego Batman Movie's not downloading

Hi Apple support team,

We purchased the new LEGO Batman movie for the kids to watch over the school holidays but it's not downloading.

We reset and unplugged our Apple TV but it keeps loading and processing and stating the movie is ready to play in 1 hour 22 minutes. This time goes up and down. It's now jumped to 1 hour 48 minutes. It then went to 15 minutes and back up to 24 minutes. It's now gone to sleep mode and then the screensaver.

This is very frustrating as the other movies we have purchased on iTunes are playing ok.

What else can we do to rectify this problem?

Rickh80 did you get this resolved? We are having a similar issue with Lego Batman in SD. It freezes loading. The only way we can view it is to fast forward to 8 minutes then it plays fine. But it's rubbish that we always miss the beginning of the movie. No other movies we watch do this. Our internet is unlimited and fast. We've reset modems and the apple tv. Even adjusted any video settings for hd playback but nothing makes a difference. I'd be interested to hear what apple had to say to you.
