How to use Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 for my iPhone

How to use Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 for my iPhone 7 Plus with A10 Fusion? But Any Apple Devices don't support Qualcomm Quick Charge. Some Qualcomm Snapdragon already use Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0.

I have Anker PowerPort Speed 5 (Two Ports are Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 and Three Ports are Standard Charger)
