how do i download icloud? i click on download but nothing happens

Trying to download icloud for windows but when I click on that blue download box nothing happens

Can't download either.

The blue DOWNLOAD link gets redirected and than error page appears saying the server stopped responding. The IP address of redirect starts with 117.xxx. I'd assume that the link would point to canonical name not an IP address.

Not sure if signing in to discussions with apple ID could have changed the behavior but after signing in the installer actually downloaded.
