I don't think so, because i can see it on the screen when I use the rear camera and move it around. its like really plastered on the screen. this is a photo i took today of our living room and ceiling.
this is a photo i took of a plain white paper. those black tentacle-like lines are only there when I use the rear camera. Its not there when i use the front camera of my iphone 7.
sorry, i don't see any black streaks. could you be more specific where you see them?
