I am done

I have been a loyal Apple costumer for over 10 years. Every phone has been an iPhone...I have purchased three mac books over the years. Last year I purchased 6 mac books for my company and an I mac for myself. This same I mac has now broken down after just 14 months. I am in the middle of a super important project and i am looking at a 4 week wait and it looks like it might be the graphic card so I am supposed to pay a 900 euro repair for a computer I invested 2700 € in just over a year ago. Many of my friends are apple skeptics. It saddens me to say that I am beginning to understand. I will never purchase another Apple product

Why is there no way to send emails and feedback without purchasing a "ticket". Maybe Apple should think of your costumers and not about squeezing maximum bucks out of them. Very counterproductive.
