I'm being charged on my bank account £7.49 a month?

I was wondering if anyone could help me with something I'm confused on, which is that I'm being charged on my bank account £7.49 a month and I'm unsure as to why I'm being charged or what it is for?

Please someone tell me what it is or what I could do to stop getting charged for something I don't remembering subscribing to.
