I too experienced the same issue. I suggest checking with your bank to ensure the cost wasn't posted.

I have a charge on my debit that was not authorized of $75.59 on 12-05-2017. Please remove my card and this unauthorized charge, any questions please call me @ *******

I got the same email. But when I checked my orders in the Apple store, it was not there. I believe this email about buying the game is a scam to get you to click on the link.
