How do U get a refund for two unauthorized charges?

Are you suggesting the charges are due to an accident on your part or a problem relating to being hacked.


Each charge should have an electronic receipt. On the bottom of a receipt is an invitation to report a problem. Report these as your problems.


But if the amount is equal to or in the region of $1, it is possible the charge is an authorisation charge. See this Apple document.

Depends upon where the charge is, and whether you purchased it (all purchases that you do are considered final). If it's on your iTunes account and you didn't do it you can try contacting iTunes Support via http://reportaproblem.apple.com ; if it's not on your iTunes account (e.g. if somebody else has your card's details and the purchase is on their account) you contact the card issuer
