i've got a new waterproof ipod shuffle. i have an itunes account i never use but now i must learn so i can learn to use my shuffle! first question, how do i delete everything i've managed to put in my itunes library and start over? second question, can you direct me to a tutorial that will start from scratch to teach me step by step by step? (main objective is put podcasts, maybe books, on my ipod shuffle and make swimming laps less boring!) thanks.

I think there are several companies that waterproof the ipod shuffle. I bought this one from Audioflood.
