Minecraft not loading on iPad

Okay, so I go to purchased, tap on my iPad purchases, and download Minecraft PE. I tap on the icon to launch it, but it shows the Mojang part of the loading screen for 3 seconds before fading to a white screen and nothing else! What is going on!?😕
