5 months ago I sold my device . Now i login in a new device with same id but game centre is not opening my old id even it is connected with my apple id and coc support office proved it

I understand that this involves another step until your issue is resolved. If you are unable to recover, we can find a resolution for that. But I suggest you not to delete any village. Anyways, players can't delete the village progress from the server.
