Apple Mail can't move messages from trash to inbox

Hi, I accidentally deleted a mail and it is in the trash folder but I want to move the message that is in the trash folder to the inbox but I got a pop up message/box that said, "unable to move message to inbox", and I have Yahoo Mail but don't know if my Yahoo Mail is a POP account or a IMAP account so how do I fix this?

Ok I will try that but I always was able to before move messages from the trash folder to the inbox folder but now I can't and also I just thought of this how come I was able to move the message, (accidentally though), from the inbox folder to the trash wouldn't that not work to because how come that worked but not the other way around moving a message from the trash folder to the inbox folder?

Try downloading the Yahoo mail app and manage it that way. Does the same thing happen?
