30" Cinema Display with G4 (MDD) 1.25GHz (single) and ATI Radeon 9000 Pro?

Can I use a 30" Cinema (new) display with my 1.25GHz (single) G4 (MDD)? It's got the ATI Radeon 9000 Pro that came with it new. Will this work? If not, what do I need to get to make the 30" work? Currently I have a 21" CRT paperweight.....

Power Mac G4 MDD,1.25 GHz Single, 2 GB RAM, 80GB HD, Mac OS X (10.4.8), 400 GB RAID, Pioneer DVR-110, (2) 60 GB Ipod Video, 1GB Shuffle

You can get either video card on-line from numerous vendors (e.g., <http://eshop.macsales.com/MyOWC/Upgrades.cfm?model=175&type=Video&TI=2546&shou pgrds=Show+Upgrades>).

Shop for better prices. Note that if you boot into OS 9, not Classic, for any significant amount of your Mac usage, the 9600 card will perform poorly because ATI never released OS 9 drivers for it. If OS 9 isn't an issue, then the 9600 is a good choice and can be had for under $200 on-line.

I really like my DVR-111D, but it isn't much of an upgrade over your DVR-110D. Actually I ordered a DVR-110D, but it was out-of-stock and out-of-production so mwave.com just sent me a DVR-111D.
