Correcting voice to text spelling

Everytime I say the word: Rivka to my phone while dictating a message it spells it as Rifka with an f so now I have to manually edit the message everytime.

I have reset my dictionary and added the word to settings-general-accessibility-speech-pronunciations to no avail.

Does anyone here have a suggestion to make this work?

If this is the name of someone in your contacts, you can add the correct spelling to their contact card by opening the contact card, tapping edit in the upper right. Then, go down to the bottom of the screen and tap "Add field". Select "Phonetic first name" (or last) and type the correct spelling of the name again. See if that helps.

Phonetically, "v" and "f" are very, very close. You may have seen Russian last names like "Romanovf" also transliterated from the Cyrillic "Romanoff" because the sounds are so close.
