iphone 7 has a home screen rotation?

The home screen rotation is only available on the Plus versions of iPhones (iPhone 6+ or later). If the screen won't rotate on a Plus model it's probably one of two things: you may have your display on Zoomed Mode, which wont let you flip the home screen to Landscape. To fix this go to General>Display and Brightness>Display Zoom. Then select View and choose Standard. Your other option would be to slide up from the bottom of your screen and make sure the rotation button is gray and not red.

The Home screen on a 7 does not rotate. The 7 Plus does.
