Can't delete app from iPhone 6s

Hello everyone,

I have a problem and it will be nice if you'll help me. Yesterday I wanted to watch a movie on my iPhone 6s. I entered a russian site and many websites opened when I opened the link. I got a message that I have 2 viruses and I have to download an app called "Onavo Protect-VPN Security". I wanted to close the safari and the virus message but my iPhone got stuck and would not respond. So I downloaded this app and then restarted my iPhone. After that I deleted this app on the X ,but it is still located in my settings and when I go to storage and delete this again it appears again in other name "Protect". When I turn of my iPhone the app appears on my screen again.

What can I do to erase this? Im afraid that if I will connect my iPhone to iTunes it ,the app will stay there and make problems to my computer. Or not?

iPhones don't get viruses, you were seeing scam web pages that loaded up in safari.

Seems like you installed a VPN.

Try to delete it: Settings → General → VPN → Delete this VPN

Also, delete the profile: Settings → General → Profile → Delete VPN Profile

Try rebooting your device:

On an iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus: Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Volume Down buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

On an iPhone 6s and earlier, iPad, or iPod touch: Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

did you try deleting the items I mentioned?

In the screenshot above, what happens when you tap "Protect" ?

Do you see an option to delete that data?

Is that the storage usage screen?

When I tap "protect" it shows I can delete the app in storage, I delete it ,then when I enter again to storage it shows me the app like I never deleted it.
