This is a scam. Your Apple ID has not been hacked. Likely ransomware. They are trying to get you to pay to unlock or trying to get personal information. You may have to re-install OS to recover.
Your Apple ID has been hacked, and the hacker has used the Find My Mac functionality if iCloud and your Mac to remotely lock your Mac. Unfortunately, since this is an anti-theft feature, there is nothing that you can do about it without Apple's assistance.
First, change your Apple ID password, if you can:
If you are unable to do so, you'll need Apple's assistance regaining control of your Apple ID, and will need to get help immediately, before the hacker enables two-factor authorization on your Apple ID. If they do that, you may never get control of it again.
You'll also need to contact Apple for help unlocking the Mac. Expect to be asked for proof of ownership.

This is not something that you can fix on your own. This is an anti-theft feature, so it requires Apple's assistance to override it.
I'm not sure why you say Apple didn't have time for you. How did you contact Apple? Note that if you just showed up at an Apple Store without an appointment, the techs at the Genius Bar may not be able to see you, since they may have other booked appointments at that time.
Contact Apple through official channels here:
You should be able to book an appointment at the Genius Bar there, among many other things.

I also stand corrected about your Apple ID being hacked.
Yeah, there's been a rash of these lately. If the machine itself is locked, as it would be with a firmware password, and is asking the user to contact some e-mail address, it's essentially a different kind of ransomware attack... instead of encrypting files, it involves locking the computer hardware directly.
Have you tried other startup modes?

Are you running FileVault?
Hang in, I'm trying to get you some additional help.
Sry macjack that didnt work either , its the same "lock" symbol
Yes, but is it from FileVault and if it is, can you provide the FileVault (Firmware) password?
I dont think im using filevault, the password they are asking for is the keychain in my Apple-id, but they have changed my key.

I also stand corrected about your Apple ID being hacked.
