On messaging the blue arrow is now green. How do I change it back
On messaging my arrow turned green how do I get it on blue

The blue arrow and message bubble is iMessage which is an Apple device to Apple device feature and depends on data availability. If that is temporarily insufficient / unavailable then the message is sent via SMS which is green. If you are messaging a person with an Apple device the bubble and arrow will turn back to blue when the data connection is re-established. There is no manual way to force that.
