Dropbox Folder on Home Screen

Just purchased an ipad and not sure how to do this. Installed the Dropbox app on the ipad and downloaded/sync'd a number of files and folders. What I would like to do is to put one of the folders that is in Dropbox onto my ipad home screen. Or to be accurate, an icon that links to the specific folder that is in Dropbox. Do this on my Android tablet but foxed how to it on the ipad. Many thanks.

iPod touch, Windows XP Pro

Thank you all. I am interested in the '...iPad is not a file-oriented device like a computer statement...' Coming from a pc background - can you advise where I can read more about this?

iOS does not have any centrally accessible file system. The file system, like the rest of iOS, is sandboxed. Apps can access their own protected file space, but not any other’s. iOS itself does not allow any access to any App’s file area other than via the app itself, so their is no OS equivalent to finder. There is no means for a user to browse the storage area, or to alter its structure.
