There are all kinds of useless instructions on how to cancel Netflix including screens that match nothing I see. How about a plain link to remove the Netflix account. Is that so hard to produce?
If the subscription shows as cancelled on your iTunes account (assuming that's how you subscribed to it and is where the charges are still showing) contact iTunes Support
The process is to go to your subscriptions and cancel it from there. There is no link because it needs to be done from within your account. It can't be a generic link since it needs to tie in to your account.
If you are not seeing a subscription section in your Apple ID as per the instructions in the following support document, then you may not have subscribed to Netflix through your iTunes account, and would need to cancel by following netflix subscriptions.
