my text messages are not coming through on my iPad Pro..
I am getting messages through my iPhone 6 Plus... I was also receiving them through my iPad Pro... now they stopped coming across my iPad...

On your iPhone, go to Settings>Messages>Text Message Forwarding and make sure that your iPad is selected.
