Is there a way to set the Backlit Keyboard on MacBook Pro to Auto-Dim after a Period of Non-Use?

For context, I recently moved from a Surface Pro to a new MacBook Pro 2017 model. On the Surface Pro, the keyboard backlight would turn off automatically when unused for a certain period of time. I never timed it, but lets say 15-30 seconds. The backlight would then re-enable instantly if I went to type something. This was especially useful when watching video on the device as it would provide a minimal amount of battery savings and would reduce glare on the screen.

Is there anything like this for the MacBook Pro? I have been digging around in the settings, but have been unable to find anything. Currently, if I toss a movie up full screen, the keyboard backlight remains on indefinitely unless I manually turn it off via the touch bar. Just to be clear, the touch bar will go to sleep automatically, but the keyboard will not.
