Does apple care cover lost/stole watches
I don't have my serial number for my watch, but I was wondering if Apple would have in online on iCloud. Also will apple care cover for my stolen watch?

Apple does not monitor the location of your watch.
If your Apple Watch is lost or stolen - Apple Support
AppleCare does not cover lost/stolen watches.
Your home owner/tenant insurance may - check
with your insurer.
