We've run into a problem

Hey everyone ! i have a problem to connect with itunes and app store ID , so i will tell you what i did fomr teh first :

i create an ID form this page , but when i try to sign in with this ID in app store or itunes , a msg show up " this ID has not yet been used in the itunes store" ,i dont know how to fix it i want some help please, so when i click review to review my account information , a oage start loading the a msg show up "We've run into a problem Please try again later" , how to fix these problems please , and when i can try again "later" thnx for trying to help , and sorry for bad english

I’ve run into the same problem. I’m trying to use my apple ID but it asks me to review my account and as I’m about to pass my billing information it always ALWAYS say “we’ve run into a problem”.


I’ve tried everything, really. I even tried giving it a few days, I tried restarting my phone, tried it in a different country (i thought the connection was poor in mine so when i went overseas i gave it a try still the same unfortunately) also tried editing my account in my browser cause it says that it’ll affect my app store too (it did but my app store still asks me to review my account and enter my billing address then runs into the same problem) nothing worked.


I recently upgraded my iOS to the iOS11. Does it have to do with anything?


Hope you can help me. I am a bit desperate 😂User uploaded file
