if you can play a musical instrument or know a bit about music it is not so difficult to get started with garageBand.

basically you create a track where you record your own playing, add tracks with ready made loops to create a rhythm track, or customize the smart instruments, like an automatic drummer. If you plaay a midi instrument or add midi files, you can edit them in a score editor. you can slightly edit audio tracks you record, when you are playing an audio instrument.

Thanks. Now I have improved a lot at editing in FCP X. I have no clue about GarageBand.

I would like to make my own instrumental audio prelude to add in FCP X for background sound.

Just I would like to create simple ones. How do I create it? Is it going to be easy or a professional approach is required?

I know how tough it will be to start with FCP X, without others help. What about GarageBand?
