M using the dry brush on ear speaker so clean the dust and m very happ

My Friend have same Problem, and it will resolve after replacing Ear Speaker From Apple Authorized Service Center.
so Please visit it.
Seems like when you are actually receiving a call you can press the + button at the left side and it will put the volume up a bit - not brilliant but better that it was before!
