How to sign out of Apple Music account

I already have an Apple Music account on my IPhone and my iPhone and iPad are linked. However my music on my phone isn't on my iPad. My iPad won't allow me to sign out of Apple Music so I can use my email that I already have an account with.

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities! It sounds like you are having issues with signing out of Apple Music on your iPad. Check out this article with steps for What to do after you change your Apple ID email address or password . Specifically, check out these steps here:

iTunes Store, iBooks Store, and App Store

Update your Apple ID and password on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, Apple TV, or Windows PC. iTunes includes iTunes Genius, iTunes Home Sharing, iTunes Match, iTunes Store, and iTunes U.

iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

If you’re using iOS 10.3 or later, go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store. If you’re using iOS 10.2 or earlier, go to Settings > iTunes & App Store.

  • If you're signed out, enter your updated Apple ID and password.
  • If you're signed in with your previous Apple ID, tap your Apple ID, then tap Sign Out. Then enter your updated Apple ID and password.

These steps should allow you to sign out of Apple Music. Also, be sure on your iPhone and iPad, you have done the steps to Turn on iCloud Music Library so your Apple Music will sync across all your devices.
