my imessage and facetime are not working although my internet bundle is working and my wi-fi two. it is trying to activate my facetime and imessage but it always fails and i tried all the tips like updating software and restarting the iphone

Still not activated after a day?

It might take up to 24 hours to activate iMessage and FaceTime. If the issue continues after 24 hours, follow these steps:

1. Make sure that your device has the latest version of iOS.
2. If you're using an iPhone, contact your carrier to make sure that you can receive SMS messages.
3. Contact Apple Support.

I had the same thing so I first shut down my iPhone then turn it on then go to setting then I try to activate it I didn't want to wait a long time so I use my instead and it work

chatted with support three times, on phone two hours, no solution. Last advice wait 24 hrs. Still no solution. What’s up?

Also, support people have never heard of this problem and had to “research it”.
