iPad 5th generation vs iPad Pro 10.5 - question about a few features to see if it's the same

I notice that unlike my iPhone 7 Plus, the following 3 features don't exist for my new iPad 5th generation:

  1. I really like the haptic touch home button on the iPhone 7 Plus. One less mechanical thing to wear out! My new iPad 5th generation has an ordinary home button though, albeit it with a fingerprint sensor. Do any of the other iPad models have a haptic touch non-mechanical home button?
  2. Raise to wake is cool on my iPhone 7 Plus. But my iPad 5th generation doesn't do that. Do any iPad models do that?
  3. Hey SIri (without plugging in) works on my iPhone 7 Plus, but on my iPad 5th generation it has to be plugged in to use that feature. What about other iPad models? (Though to be honest it would be confusing with multiple iOS devices responding to Hey Siri).

Thanks.

I haven't found anything about the new 2017 IPad Pros having "Hey Siri" without plugging in.

Only mentions these requirements here.

https://www.apple.com/ios/siri/

  • * “Hey Siri” is supported on iPhone SE, iPhone 6s or later, and iPad Pro (9.7-inch) without being plugged into power. “Hey Siri” is supported on iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch with iOS 8 or later while plugged in. Not supported on first-generation iPad, iPad 2, and first-generation iPad mini.
  • Siri is available on iPhone 4s or later, iPad Pro, iPad Air or later, iPad (3rd generation) or later, iPad mini or later, and iPod touch (5th generation or later) and requires Internet access. Siri may not be available in all languages or in all areas, and features may vary by area. Cellular data charges may apply.

No mention of "Hey Siri", at all, in the iPad Pro Tech Specs on Apple's web pages, either.

No. This is an iPhone ONLY feature.

No. Again, that is an iPhone ONLY feature.

No. These are ALL iPhone ONLY features.
