Apple Watch orange screen tinting

Hi,

I have noticed my Apple Watch (gen 1) is developing this orange-yellow ring that seems to be slowly moving closer to the centre of the screen. There is still a small black dot in the centre which I assume is the colour it is meant to be.

I haven't had any other issues with it, just this.

Does anyone else have this issue?
