How Do I submit my feed back on repair customer service?

Hi Apple,

I am not interested in providing a product feedback. ie: Product Feedback - Apple is not what I am after as the feedback category (which is a required field) does not give me the option to select "Customer Service" or "Other".

I require the email or web form or contact number to express my feedback on the human interaction I had with a Apple repair customer service personal(s) (not a product. unless employees at Apple are also consumer products haha).

Please provide me the accurate and relevant answer to my question "How Do I submit my feed back on repair customer service?"

Thanks.

I hope this is relevant. In answer to a similar question some time ago, an Apple host in these forums gave this as the appropriate address.

http://www.apple.com/support/feedback/

Through that link I eventually found this ... https://support.apple.com

But as you say, it ain't that clear. Have you talked to the manager of the store or the (Australian?) Apple main office.

Please be aware we are volunteer helpers, we do not answer for Apple.

Dear Dan,

I understand your frustration but, first, we are all end users like you so have no special knowledge of hidden links of direct contact methods that work in your situation. Until about a year ago there was a support feedback link that covered almost all aspects of service: telephone support; support articles; these forums; store support experiences, etc. For some reason that no one here can know they took it down. Any remaining links to it now redirect to the inappropriate product feedback page.

I feel the same as you that there should be a way to contact them for reporting support-related problem but it is gone. No one who posts here can do anything about it so asking for that information here in strong words won't change anything. In the Southern parts of the US where I was born that's called "preaching to the choir." Your voice is only heard by others who share your feelings.

This page: How to Contact Us - Apple (UK)

shows a physical location (right side of page) in Ireland that appears to be Apple's UK corporate presence but, of course, no phone number or e-mail contact. If you can get a phone number from your equivalent of Information you can call. Otherwise I suspect you are relegated to pen, paper and the Post.

Hi seventy one,

Thank you for your reply. unfortunately those links are the ones i keep on getting and does not serve my purpose. Most corp. companies have an escalation process for complains about service received (ie not the product) but not in apple. Their very clearly wants product related feedback. Every one I called is a supervisor and they don't put you through to their manager. So I need to get my complain through to the heads of Apple. My issue is with Apple UK where I brought my apple product.

I hope I make sense that their is difference between product feedback and customer service feedback. For customer service feedback, wheres the webpage? :-/

Thanks.

Hi Allan,

My apologies for my unintended strong words. Thats how I talk and write haha. Thanks for the explanation about this community, I was under the misunderstanding thats Apple staff administrates / helps this community members and sort of was addressing to them.

Thanks for the Help/Explanation.

P.S. I don't interact with a technology company to go back to pen/paper/post LOL.

🙂

Hello Dan,

Yes, I misunderstood your user name to indicate an Australian link. Had I known it was UK I would have have said more or less as Allan said ... write by snail mail. Regardless of the intimacy of email contact (hello michael 😕 ) in truth a well written letter still achieves attention here; particularly from bigger companies.

That Irish address is our most senior Apple address and all Apple stores and services answer to them, one way or another. Address it for the arttention of the CEO and be prepared to wait a few days while it is re-directed. I had to make a fuss about Bluewater at one time so I know how hard it is to get the right attention. Keep a copy. And tell us what happens.

Wish you luck,

The accurate answer is: you will need to use the method you deem inappropriate as Apple does not make available an online or email option for such a feedback. FWIW, a well crafted letter will almost always have a positive result. Or, you can call the corporate number and ask to speak to Customer Relations. Or, you can address it with the store manager in person.

It is well known that Tim Cook answers his email on occasion but even if he doesn’t the team who monitors it will probably forward it to the proper channel.

Interesting. Tim Cook’s email address is public knowledge. It can be obtained by a simple search on any search engine. People email Apple’s CEO all the time. Yet it’s apparently against thew rules here? As I said, interesting.

The Host seem to remove all emails from posts. I'm not sure who would have reported that one, though.
