Ipod won't connect to wifi

Recently, my Ipod stopped connecting to wifi, I have many other wireless devices in the home that connect just fine. I have also taken my Ipod to places like the gym and it won't connect to their wifi either.

here is what I've tried so far to try and fix the problem with no success:

- reset my Ipod

- re-entered the netword password

- tried forgetting network

- reset my modem/router

Not sure what else to do but any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Hi there, Red Salem!

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities! It sounds like you are having issues connecting to Wi-Fi networks on your iPod. You've tried some great steps so far and what I would suggest now is to check out this article with steps to follow If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t connect to a Wi-Fi network . Specifically, step 7:

Still can’t connect?

Reset your Network Settings. Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you’ve used before.

The good news is the article also has steps to take if you continue having issues.
Have a great day!
