Bootcamp "The startup disk cannot be partitioned or restored to a single partition" error.

There is. This is odd as the last time I tried to use Bootcamp the progress bar got stuck on the partitioning portion and never moved... I had to force quit. I guess the computer must of made the partition anyway?

So I just ran Bootcamp again to get rid of the partition successfully.

I ran Bootcamp once more to begin the process of installing Windows and was successful!

I am now in the Windows eviorment and everything is working fine!

I have same problem.I had my boot camp running and it prompted that due some error BC has stopped and it was deleting the created disks...after a long time i closed the BC unfinished .

Now in ** i see a partition named 'BOOTCAMP' of 100.7 GB and 'OSXRESERVED' of 8GB of which only BOOTCAMP is accessible.

When i go in BC it shows a error as

"The startup disk cannot be partitioned or restored to a single partition."

I got in ** and gone in partitions in which only for OSXRESERVED a minus sign in there but not for BOOTCAMP

Please help me in this problem

You cannot merge any partitions. The KernelCore dump part on a beta macOS will cause problems. BCA does not support the current configuration. What is the year/model of your Mac (do not post the serial number of your Mac)?

i finally managed to solve it by using a windows 10 installation usb

for whataver reason, i could netiher repair windows nor install windows over the prevous system, so i had to format the bootcamp partition using the windows installation tools and then i was able to install windows 10 again

I am having the same issue. I ran , "diskutil eraseVolume fat32 BOOTCAMP disk0s4" in terminal and i tried to remove the partition using BC Assistant, but it it still saying that my "The startup disk cannot be partitioned or restored to a single partition"... I know you said don't use Disk Utility, so how should I go about removing my partition and getting windows back on my machine?

I'm using my MAC OS for private use. For business reasons I wanted to install Windows 10. Unfortunately it didn't work at first time and now the partition seems to be blocked.

No, I only put the commands in the terminal window. Do I have to remove the disk0s3 via Disk Utility? If I open Disk Utility it monitors:
