Can you multiply entire columns in numbers for iPad Pro? I want any number entered in column c to multiply any number put into column d to equal the corresponding row for column e.

Any SIM in an iPad can only be used for data service, not phone calls. Some models come with an embedded SIM as well as an empty slot for a second SIM. See Apple SIM - Apple. You can use an iPad on Wi-Fi without a SIM, set up a service for Apple SIM if that is what you have, or obtain a SIM from a mobile operator.
