Safari bookmarks to tool bar

My Safari bookmarks on my iPad lie in a file labelled "Bookmarks for Bernard Stay". There used to be an item so labelled on my Safari toolbar - very useful. Something I did has lost it. How do I put it back? Thanks.

Thanks again. Yes, with that name in Favorites, but it does not appear in the bar. What I have done is also put a copy of the folder in 'Popular' which does appear in the bar, so I can get my bookmarks with two clicks. Also three dots have appeared at the RH end of the bar and clicking on that shows favorites which includes my long file and so I can click on that to get my bookmarks. I don't really understand any of this. I have a sneaking suspicion that the presence of the "Bookmarks for..." in the favorites bar arose from a transfer from my iMac Safari. However I'm nervous about connecting the iPad to the iMac and invoking iTunes as I may then lose all my many recent bookmarks! So I'm just sitting on my hands at the moment and making do with double action accessto the bookmarks.

Latest: I've deleted a lot of the Favorites that I have little use for and now "Bookmarks for Bernard Stay" has appeared! I guess there wasn't room for it before. So all is well and I've removed the copy of the file in Popular. The three dots have also disappear, perhaps they just indicated that there were more items that there was no room for. Anyway thank you for your help.
