Everything was working fine. Since a day, my Personal hotspot link has just disappeared. Tried to restart phone and check under all the options available under settings (especiallly Cellular). Is this a bug/something is wrong with my mobile?

@turingtest2 man, the post owner writhed that he cant see the Hotspot button, how tf can he turn it on?? Yeah, I have that problem too on my iPad 3rd Gen using the latest update iOS 9.3.5, I tried with Factory Reset, but it didnt work, I dont know what to do now. Can someone help me please? 😟
There are a number of troubleshooting steps given in the support article, ultimately taking you to Apple Support if you cannot resolve it yourself. I take it your carrier supports you using the device as a personal hotspot? If not you won't get the option.
