Macbook air is frozen stuck help

Hi guys

Im literally stuck on my macbook air

I think finder is stuffing up my laptop

Whenever i click somewhere on my background my screen flashes.

I can open any apps except for spotify, finder, itunes, safari and chrome.

Everytime i try to open these apps, my screen flashes and says "_____ quit unexpectedly. Click reopen to open the application again, Click report to see more detailed information and send a report to Apple"

Oh and i also cant open system preferences.

What to do?

This message keeps popping up everytime i restart the computer " The last time you opened Finder, it unexpectedly quit while reopening windows. Do you want to reopen its windows again"

Help me 😟

OS X Yosemite (10.10.4)

Restart normally. Since Safe Mode runs a disk repair and cleans out caches, it may have resolved itself. If not, you need to find the culprit in your normal account. First try removing all Login Items and test. System Preferences > Users and Groups > Login Items. Use the ➖ button to remove them, you can always add them back later. The next step would be to remove Browser Extensions. Safari menu > Preferences > Extensions.
