AntiVirus = The only such software installed is ClamXAV; however, scans are only created on a very occasional basis via a manual start and then the app is quit.
LittleSnitch is installed to prevent any unauthorized communications.
Cleaning = ShredIt X is used to shred all files since Macs removed secure shredding via the trash folder; however, such cleanings are manually initiated and then the app quits.
Cleaning = AppZapper & AppCleaner are used to manually remove any 3rd party apps and their supporting files. This is done manually and the app is quit.
All the above apps have beens used for years. ClamXAV and LittleSnitch were updated for Sierra and the other three are from the original dmg files in my app archive as previously installed on Mavericks.
I installed EtreCheck on the corrupted 2nd admin account and it first said good and then poor; however, I am not actually able do do much more with the app in that account as soon as you click a link, a information "I" icon, etc, it crashes and will not restart. It also has to be added as a Login Item to run at all.
I created a 3rd admin account and it appears to be running great so far. I was able to run EtraCheck within that account. I've unmounted my second drive that contains data and my 3rd drive which is used for TimeMachine. The main drive is for the OS only and any 3rd party apps. All drives are the same model.

There are nearly 200 apps installed now plus SheepShaver and a couple apps within that virtual drive. This is a very slow a methodical process that takes weeks.
1. Obtain app and it supporting documents such as its serial number; manually generated notes I've written; and its manual from my past app archive stored on a external drive.
2. Research app and related plugins to see if it runs on Sierra.
3. Update app if needed.
4. Install and test. Uninstall and mark as unsuitable for Sierra if need be.
5. Update information about the app within my notes (for easy access this information is duplicated within mSecure).
This Mac Pro is routinely powered down and any dust is removed, which was done today. That reminded me of my old G4s which still run fine as they were also cleaned in such a manner, but are in storage here. Sure enough I, and none of Apple's tech support, has bothered to remember the internal battery. The Mac Pro has also increasingly taking longer to startup which appears to be one of the symptoms of a low battery according to some other web sites. The battery will be changed tomorrow to see that helps. Internet Recovery mode, if it happens, may take several tries and if it does it takes over hour unless Apple has one tremendous problem with bandwidth as I am on fiber optic cable.
Although 3rd party software says all the HD's SMART status is o.k. it could perhaps being missing something so I've used CCC to create a bootable backup on a brand new drive out of box. I'll be testing the Mac Pro using that drive to see if there are any issues, although those may take days to show up.
