How to remove fade animation when opening/closing/switching apps?

Product Name: iPad Pro 10.5

Basic specs

When opening, closing, or switching apps, there is a transition animation. I know that you can change it from the swooping animation to a fade animation via Settings>General>Accessibility>Reduce Motion, but how can you remove the animation entirely? Both the swoop and the fade animations irritate me to no end!
