Not directly, no. The MacBook doesn't have a touch-sensitive screen to detect the pencil strokes.

However, if you have an iPad (or have access to one), then you can use the pencil to record your signature there and then sync that to your Mac, either via Notes, AirDrop, or any number of other methods.
