Batteries widget

How can I add my iPad to the batteries widget. It only shows my iPhone and my iWatch.

iPhone 6s, iOS 10.3.2

You cannot add the iPad to anything but the iPad. I'm guessing you are wanting to add the iPad battery status to your phone, since you mention the phone and the Apple Watch. That is not something you can do. The iPhone will show the other things because they are connected to the phone. The iPad does not connect to the phone.
