my new iPhone 7 plus chager cable spits out blue liquid out of the lightening side and now doesnt work, can I get a free replacement ?

Apple's cables have the same warranty as the device. Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of the nearest Apple store and bring in the cable. I also suggest you stop using it right away if you are getting something out of the cable.
