My iPod touch 6th Gen won't connect to my gym WiFi

On my android phone I select the gym cloud network and I get a prompt to go to an internet login page to log back in using my membership details. I've just bought iPod touch. Despite following the reset advice for both networks and the whole thing it won't connect. It shows the cloud network I click it the WiFi logo appears but that's it. It says I'm connected but Safari just says cannot connect to server and musicwont connect either. The gym WiFi works and it's connected to my android phone I just can't get any prompts to go to the cloud login page

Reset your network settings.

Settings - General - Reset - Reset Network Settings

Reset your device. This won't delete your data stored on the phone.

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button
Press and hold on the Home button
Keep holding both buttons until the display turns off and back on with Apple logo on it.

Alternatively, you may go to Settings - General - Reset - Reset All Settings
