Can someone remotely have access to my phone without me knowing

IPhone 6s on account with other family members. Can someone have access to my messages, pics, etc without me knowing? If so is there a way I can discreetly find out?

If you are sharing an Apple ID with other people, then yes they can see your messages. Its almost a certainty they will be getting them on their devices.

They would only be able to see your pics if you have enabled iCloud Photo Library or Photostream.

There's no way to find out other than looking at their devices.

Apple IDs should not be shared.
