I accidentally deleted my favorite watch face from my iwatch and I need to get it back. help!!!!

All of the standard watch faces can be added back to the collection on your Apple Watch by following the instructions provided in the support article and User Guide linked in my previous reply.

It is not possible to directly restore a customised, deleted watch face.

However, you can easily add a new watch face and then repeat any customisations:

When viewing the time on your watch: firmly on the watch face, swipe left until you reach the New watch face option > tap on the New button "+" > scroll to your preferred watch face (using the Digital Crown) > tap on it to select it.

If desired, you can then also customise the watch face complications.
